In conjunction with this year’s MIEA conference and MIEA Pow-Wow; Criteria: *Short essay *Must do well academically, attend school regularly, and have minimum behavior referrals *Tobacco, Drug, and Alcohol free *Must be enrolled in a Minnesota school district *Must attend the competition which will be held during the Pow Wow *Must help with next year’s MIEA conference, and other duties the BOD may ask. Deadline for applications is 5pm on the Friday before the conference.
